Hi All,
In case anyone gets the Windows 10 1803 update and post that (at least I think it was post that I was hitting it, as I've just been busy building a Win10 CortexW10 appliance on the fly), finds shell:startup shortcuts to Defibrillator and Cortex no longer run, the fix I had to use was as here (by default, Windows will not run anything that requires elevation at startup for security reasons):
