Lighting control support is available for systems such as Clipsal CBUS, Instabus EIB, Lutron and X10, along with relay controls and infrared inputs and outputs. The Comfort Companion 6ai colour touchscreen brings homeowners and professional installers a robust, single point of access to all home systems such as security, intercom, lighting, heating, audio/video control and communication in one simple and stylish device. The Companion 6ai also includes control of Comfort Messages, Honeywell Smartfit Heating, Video (any IP + local Analogue), Web Radio, and optional module installation for Imerge Server, Audio ReQuest, Russound PR-4Zi, Barix Exstreamer, Xantech and AudioTron. Companion 6ai includes IR distribution for remotely managing components or future TV tuner/controller for managing the home on a plasma or HDTV Coming soon is the Companion ‘Amigo’ which is a portable Wi-Fi version of Companion with charging dock.
