Windows Home Server Release Candidate

Windows Home Server RC (Release Candidate) is now available to download for everyone on the beta program, Plus the 100,000 other folks that had signed up and not been accepted so far.

It looks like all new applicants to the beta will be approved straight away too, allowing everyone to take it for a spin!

It's not going to be possible to do an upgrade install if you  already have a previous version on your server – meaning you'll have to wipe your OS AND data drives on your box to install.  However MS say that from this release forward upgrades will be possible.

The RC release has bug fixes as well as additional remote access capabilities, an improved setup wizard and automatic router-setup for UPnP routers.
